Uncompromising standards for data destruction are imperative. Our process ensures a complete chain of custody with full traceability. Recommerced's product sanitization measures all meet or exceed the standards set forth by the Department of Defense and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). We are fully ADISA Certified and provide documentation on all of our reports. The data sanitization method may include measures including, but not limited to: overwriting, purging, shredding, disintegration, incineration and pulverization.
Full Reporting, In Real Time
All of our transactions are culminated with our industry leading QC Reports, as well as a Certificate of Data Destruction. Our QC Reports include a full reconciliation of every item received down to the IMEI / Serial Number level, along with all models and a cosmetic and functional grading breakdown. It also states the names and mission statements of any organization your hardware supported and your carbon footprint offset.
